Notice of Intent to Release a Request for Proposal for System Mapping

The Children’s Trust of Alachua County is intending to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) on June 15, 2021 for System Mapping in Alachua County, contingent upon Board approval. The successful applicant will work collaboratively to create a system map of the Prenatal to 5 system in order to implement ongoing service touchpoint identification to add new services and introduce new key contacts with the objective of maintaining a complete and updated catalog of services for families. The project will also assess where are some of the gaps, and barriers, and opportunities for improving.  The information below includes a proposed scope of services and a proposed timeline.

Please note that the CTAC will not entertain questions regarding this RFP until it is approved by the Board. To learn more about this funding opportunity, all interested providers should plan to attend or call into the Children’s Trust Board meeting scheduled for June 14, 2021 and attend the Bidder’s Conference and Application Training on June 21, 2021.
