Speak Your Piece Art Contest

At the end of every year, the Children's Trust of Alachua County creates an annual report to highlight programs and services it funds for local families. This the most important publication the Children's Trust produces, sharing the prior year's data and investments in each of the important goal areas of the organization.

This year, the Trust is incorporating an art contest for local teens to spotlight one talented young artist's work on the cover of the report. Additionally, the description of the winning artwork, plus a short feature and photo of the artist, will be highlighted inside. 

The original pieces from the winner and the two runners-up will be hung in the Children's Trust offices for visitors to admire. Artwork may also be featured on the Children's Trust website and social media. 

The "Speak Your Piece" art contest will be available to all Alachua County Residents in grades 9-12. Youth of this age group are encouraged to participate in this art contest. The Trust looks forward to seeing your artwork!
