Strategic Plan

In 2025, the Trust launched a strategic planning update that expanded from a focused refresh into a comprehensive review of priorities, performance, partnerships, fiscal responsibilities, and long-term sustainability.

As part of this process, we participated in a workshop on nonprofit lifecycle stages to assess our current position and refine our strategic direction. The exercise proved so valuable that the Trust added a capacity-building goal to support the providers it funds throughout the community.

The updated strategic plan refines existing work by strengthening accountability and maintaining a direct connection between strategy and community impact through accountability. It clarifies priorities, and ensures that CTAC’s mission and investments remain focused on improving outcomes for children, youth, and families in Alachua County.
