Business and Leadership Institute Master Class Session 4

The Business and Leadership Institute for Early Learning (BLI) Master Class Series empowers business professional and entrepreneur in the industry of childcare. The Master Class series is designed specifically for early learning center, family home-based owners or operators, and After School centers as well as those planning to open a childcare business. The curriculum focuses on performance-based business strategies resulting in growth and prosperity in order to offer quality care and education. The program also focuses on the social significance of this work and its essential role in the economics of the community. Lessons in finance, marketing, human resources and real estate are delivered on-site by Alachua County subject matter experts engaged in business within the community. Once accepted to the Master Class, participants are eligible for acceptance to the Children’s Trust Accreditation Academy. 

The Children's Trust Accreditation Academy is designed to increase access to high quality programs by families in areas of greatest need. This model takes an early learning childcare business owner / operator through a seamless process of business development and national accreditation to build business sustainability and high-quality childcare performance- based results.

This program is IACET Accredited and participants are awarded 4.5 CEU upon completion.
