Partnership for Strong Families Community Navigator Program
The CRN Program targets communities that are not served by Family Resource Centers to ensure that all community members have access to support. CRN staff assist families and individuals with immediate needs like food, clothing, and housing. They also support families identify strengths and areas for improvement, such as financial stability, employment, education, and mental health, set goals, and connect them to community resources.
