Family Partner at Comprehensive Women's Health

The family partner will work in collaboration with the prenatal care provider, Connect and home visiting programs to expand the integrated system already in place through the NewboRN Home Visiting program into the prenatal period. Newly pregnant women will be assessed for strengths and needs and connected to services in Alachua County that will help support healthy pregnancy and birth outcomes.
