The Youth Development Capacity Building ITN is to support OST providers in the development and implementation of a capacity building plan that focuses on increasing: 1) program access, 2) program quality, and/or 3) organizational readiness for future CTAC funding. By supporting OST providers’ efforts to improve program quality, CTAC seeks to expand access to safe and enriching OST programming for children from low income families living in Alachua County by funding organizations that have a positive impact on children, youth and families.
